Support That Meets You Where You Are
In this space, you don’t have to perform, shrink, or translate yourself. You get to simply be.
I specialize in working with adults who live at the intersections—complex identities and marginalized experiences. You may hold identities that rarely feel fully understood in one place. Maybe you’re neurodivergent, queer, woman, a person of color, an immigrant, fat, disabled, or moving through systems that weren’t designed with you in mind. Existing in a political and cultural climate that can feel increasingly hostile to difference, it makes sense if you’re exhausted, scared, or numb.
My role is to walk alongside you—to listen deeply, reflect what has been unseen, and offer tools that support healing in a way that honors you and your story. I care about the ways your struggles are not just personal, but also shaped by the systems around you.
My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. We’ll move at your pace, noticing what feels possible, building language for your experience, and slowly creating more room for you to be yourself—without apology, and without having to leave parts of you at the door.
Areas of Expertise
Over the years, my work has naturally drawn me to the places where pain and silence often live—where clients feel most alone, most unseen. I’ve pursued advanced training in the areas that matter deeply to me and to those I serve: perinatal health, ADHD, and sexual health -specifically chronic pelvic pain. These are not just clinical specialties—they are deeply human experiences that shape how we relate to our bodies, our identities, and our sense of self.
Sexual Health
When your body hurts—and no one seems to believe you—it can feel like the pain becomes your whole story. But it’s not. You are not just a symptom and you are not alone. You are a person carrying the weight of pain, fear, and often silence.
Therapy is a place to soften. To feel witnessed in your suffering. To gently rebuild trust with your body, one session at a time.
In this work, we hold space for:
The grief of being dismissed or misunderstood by the medical system
The emotional toll of pain that doesn't go away
The fear, frustration, or loneliness that lives in your body
Practices that reconnect you to safety, embodiment, and self-compassion
Rediscovering a sexually vibrant life
ADHD
You are not lazy. You are not broken.
You are someone with a brain wired for depth, movement, and creativity—trying to survive in a world that often feels too loud, too fast, or just too much.
Together, we might explore:
Regulating emotions when they feel all-consuming
Easing the inner critic that never seems to rest
Understanding your nervous system’s unique rhythm
Finding structure without losing your spark
